The Scan List is taking on the ideas we would like to track as well as the opportunities on the horizon. The design of this page was to post and track ideas, news, emotions, etc. of the market and develop them into trading ideas. We are returning to our roots on this concept as the markets volatility and diverse opportunities are expanding.

An example of this is the European Zone issues with debt and economic growth. Scanning the area we find plenty to dislike and some things to like. This forum gives us a place to post those ideas and the corresponding ETFs, stocks, bonds or mutual funds. These will be tracked on the page by sector or idea. We will post the entry points on the corresponding investments. Then we will track them until they either pan out as plays or we delete them from the list.

They are not intended to meet everyone’s criteria of risk nor will everyone agree with them. That is okay focus on what works for you and your portfolio. The risk will be addressed as well relative to each potential play.The list will be updated as needed. It will also be addressed on the Watch List videos went relevant.

The current market brings a high level of risk based on the uncertainty facing economic growth and sustainability of growth. For that reason many of the opportunities we see are short term and will remain that way until the confidence and clarity improve.
