Banks take a hit on the Bernanke rumor on tightening credit later this year. Europe remains an issue with the sovereign debt default potential hanging over them. U.S. bank debt is still a question mark and the threat of regulations from Washington is playing havoc on the financial sector. Outside that things are looking good!

Some of those feelings in September 2007 are coming back. It seems no matter which direction you turn there is something to worry about. The wall of worry has been built and the outlook is still cloudy. Until this clears the challenge will be determining how accelerated the selling will become.

Stay disciplined and don’t take unnecessary risk!
